-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.5

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : none

hi

1. i need to remove old photos from products and categories, how do i safely do this?

2. largest folder is the upload folder can i delete the contents of this? including the folders inside? i attached a screenshot

3. how do i set things so that when i delete products and its photos from the back end it also deletes all associated images?

Hi,

HikaShop already deletes images automatically in recent versions.
With the 2.6.3 though, that's indeed not possible. In that case, that would require either updating or modifying the code in core files of HikaShop to do it.
You can download the files you don't need anymore in the upload folder.
And if you completely delete the thumbnail_ folders along with the files in them, HikaShop will automatically recreate the folders and the thumbnails when needed.
