Product Listing - Show Price under Name

No, it is still the same with the current version.
Why do you think it's not applicable ?
Note that the "listing_img_title" view file is only used if you use the item box layout "image and title" for the products of the listing (which was the case on that other thread, since the person provided a screenshot of the listing). It's possible that you need to edit another view file based on how your products listing menu item / module is configured.
I would recommend that you check your listing with the "Display view files" setting activated so that you can see which view file is used, as recommended in the link I gave in that other thread:

That way, you'll know which view file you really need to edit.
