Product listing grid layout

We suspect an issue that come from your template OR some custom css, but in order to be sure can you process a test with a default template like ProtoStar.
If that change nothing, please provide these elements in order to allow us to better analyze the issue :
- Url link to administrator access
- Backend user references (with maximum Acl)

Your issue come from 2 points, follow me step by step :
1. Your image settings force a size to your thumbnail :

=> Solution : Use image with the same size, all image in 300 px by example.

2. Your template Yootheme :
Result with the default template (ProtoStar)

=> Solution : Contact your template provider (Yootheme).
