Characteristics label is missing

I notices that the label of the Characteristics is missing, i cannot find the reason.

Hello,

Can you check your "Display the characteristics name" option, in Display tab and in Product options part ?

If the option is defined on Yes then, we will need backend Url link & Administrator user access (with maximum Acl).
