Can't save product (error 1062)

Hello!

For some reason i can't save a product, i get this message:

An error has occurred.
1062 Duplicate entry '130-61' for key 'PRIMARY'
Return to Control Panel

Hi,

Please activate the debug setting of the Joomla configuration and try again. It should display the call stack which will allow us to better understand the situation.

Hi,

Based on the error message and the callstack you have the same error as here:
forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=712&t=991541
This happens during the saving of a product because you have the Smart Search HikaShop plugin enabled.
So there are three things you can do:
- deactivate that plugin. If you don't use the smart search, you don't need it.
- Try reindexing all the data in the smart search component.
- The thread on the Joomla forum mentions that the issue came from the database caching for the person with the issue. So if you have such a mechanism in place, I would recommend looking into it.
