Hikashop not working after latest update today

Hello,

First, before process an update it's highly recommended to test on a clone site first before doing it on the production site.
Now, for your current issue, we lack information to be sure but it seems that the issue could come from your current template.
Can you process a test with a default template (Cassiopeia for J4) to see if that solve your issue.

And if yes, you have to contact the template creator support.

I have installed backup from the 2. Februar.
So Hika is not updated now on my page.

Hi,

First, these are not linked to the update.
You already had these messages before.
And these ( starting with "deprecated" ) are actually not errors. It's messages for developers to know what to change in their code to be compatible with future versions of PHP.
These must have appeared as you updated your PHP version and activated the debug / error reporting of your Joomla configuration.
So we need to work on them on our end (for the ones related to HikaShop. The ones on your first screenshot are from your template. I would recommend reporting them to your template provider so that they can work on them too).
However, you can ignore them. Just turn off the error reporting and debug settings of the Joomla configuration.

As I see it all error reporting is off in global settings under system and server.
I will send screen photos to Joomshaper.

Hi,

Did you also turn off the "debug" setting in the Joomla configuration ?
If both are off, you should not see these.

Hi,

Then maybe it's your hosting provider forcing the error reporting to display regardless of the settings in the Joomla configuration.
You should check with your hosting support how to turn off deprecated messages. They should normally not be displayed on a production website.

If I go to configuration.php it says

$debug = false;
$debug_lang = false;

Should it not be 0 instead of false?

Hi,

It should be the same, 0 or false.
However, as I said in my previous message, I don't think it comes from there. I think it comes from the php.ini of the hosting.
