It seems you're using the "list" layout in your menu item (or module ?)
I would first recommend you to edit your menu item in the Joomla menu manager, and under the "Products options" tab, change the layout from "list" to "table".
It should then look a lot closer to what you want.
The view file you'll want to edit then will be product / listing_table, via the menu Display>Views.
However, I would recommend you check the "Display view files" setting of the HikaShop configuration. When you activate it, it will display the view files used everywhere by HikaShop. So you can easily see which view file to edit based on where you want to change things:
