Greetings,

My client offers special contract pricing for certain clients.

We are successfully assigning these prices to user accounts in the product prices input area.

Is it possible to display, to these few contracted users the regular and contract prices on the product & category pages?

something like.... $17.00 (regular price $19.95)

I suspect this is a longer shot but..... I'd also like to do a page in the account area listing all the products that get special contract pricing with their contracted and regular prices.

(i was pleased to see Fabrik has risen from the ashes and is doing a J4 version. I might be able to build that page with Fabrik if you guys don't have a solution)

as always, thanks for your attention,

Dave

Hi,

What I would recommend is to manage this differently.
Instead of having different prices for different users in each product, you could have only the main price in the product, and then create a discount for that product for that user in the Orders>Discounts menu.
That way, the discount would apply dynamically on the product price, and in the HikaShop configuration, you can configure the display format of the prices with discounts so that you get both the price before and after discount displayed.
You can also use the translation keys PRICE_DISCOUNT_START and PRICE_DISCOUNT_END to add custom text to display the "regular price" and the parenthesis.
Finally, doing it that way, you can also create a menu item listing all your products with the "discounted products only" setting turned on under the "products options" tab of the menu item. That way, you'll get a listing of all the products with reduced prices.

Now, all this supposes that you don't already use discounts, and also that that you don't want to have discounts on top of the reduced price for contract pricing.
