Automatic Infinity Scroll Product Table for Instore Display

I have created a separate style Joomla Template for inside a store I display(Large HD TV mounted on the wall, running the page via Chrome browser) . A hikashop menu (module) page that displays table of products 5 across and about 80 listings and need to have it autoscroll infinitely. The viewer does not interact with the page, it is purely a display in the store that employees refresh periodically, and not available outside the shop.

Is there a method within the hikashop interface to have this page continuously autoscroll (top to bottom and repeat indefinitely? If not, what would you suggest?

I'd like for the solution to be hikashop based, as the workarounds I've created in the past constantly need recoding as Joomla, HikaShop, PHP, and Javascripts are always changing.
