not working tags

My tags work on Jomlai site, but the tags do not work on Hika Shop product pages

Tags work fine for products on my end on Joomla 5 with the latest version of HikaShop.
I have no idea why they wouldn't work for you so we'll need more information to better understand what's going on. If you use the same tag on a product and a Joomla article, do you get the same URL for the tag ? If not, what are the URLs ?
Could you provide a backend access in order to check your settings ?

Tags that are only in Hikashop and those tags are not used in Joomla site will not work.

But I need to use some tags only in HikaShop, I don't want to use those tags in my Joomla site.

I think there must be some issue with the tags you had assigned to the products.
As if there had been a migration of the database but some of it was lost.
Could you provide a FTP access and a PHPMyAdmin in order to look deeper into it ?

We set the tags on the product page, but no tags have been saved after saving.
But after we enter the product page again and select and save the tags. Displays tags.
