Yootheme options in 6.0.0

-- Joomla version -- : 5.3.1
-- PHP version -- : 8.2

In the latest newsletter I remember reading about new options to make it easier to apply Yootheme styling, and also in the changelog I read:

"We now have new options to be able to override the default form element classes. This way, it is a lot easier to adapt HikaShop forms on the frontend to match with templates not relying on standard Joomla classes"


I have checked the configuration options, but cannot see where these options are or how to apply them, can you please explain?
