HIde subcategories on product display page

Hi,
We migrated from Joomla 3 to Joomla 5.
Currently rebuilding the Shop.

I use the "Categories on 2 levels" module to display the Categories.
When i click on a level 1 category (e.g. "Bücher"), the subcategories (level 2) are displayed above the products.

I do NOT want to display the subcategories (level 2) again on the products page.
(The DIV hikashop_subcategories_listing containing the DIV hikashop_subcategories)

In Joomla 3, this worked and I tried to set all settings from all modules and menu items exact the same way.
Please advise.

Hi,

If you edit the settings of your module, you can see under the "HikaShop options" tab the "Menu" setting.
In that setting, you can select the target menu item which will display the sub categories and products of the category the user clicks on.
What you're describing indicates that you must have selected a menu item of the type "categories listing" in that setting.
Select instead a menu item of the type "products listing" and you won't see the sub categories when you click on a main category with sub categories.
