Files not uploading

Hi there,

My products are mainly download files, some paid for and some are free. However, since updating to the latest version of Hikashop, I have not been able to upload any files.
I do the normal process of creating a product and using the Upload button in the Files section to add the file. But after selecting the file it does not show in the back end or on the front end product. However, it does appear to have been uploaded to the server as I can see it in the correct folder using FTP.
Please see the attached images that show what is happening.
Can you help me sort this out?

Hi,

No one else reported an issue with the upload system in the past 3 months with the 6.1.0. So I expect the problem to be linked to something else than the update of HikaShop. Maybe some tables in the database got corrupted around the same time frame without you knowing about it, preventing from the saving of new files ?
Could you provide a backend access via our contact form in order to check on the situation further ?

Hi,

Thank you for the accesses. I was able to understand the problem.
It is linked to changes we made following the issues reported here:

One of the changes had a side effect, which could lead to the upload of files not working in the backend in some cases.
I've made another patch to fix this.
Download the install package of the latest version of HikaShop on our website via the menu My account>My subscriptions and install it on your website. You'll get the patch and it should work again.
