Clean up products

-- Joomla version -- : 5.4.1

We have a bunch of products in hikashop that aren't in our catalog anymore.
So, we've deactivated them.

Now we want to delete them, but will we lose the order history or will there be any issues if we delete products?

What is the best way to deal with this?
