Youtube support on product

I'm trying out the new functionality with video support for products. But the video isn't showing. Is there anything else I need to enable or configure?

Hi,

It seems you're missing the code to handle videos in the front end view files. Check if you have the folder templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/html/com_hikashop/product/ via FTP. And more specifically the show_block_img.php file.
Try renaming that file if you have it in order to deactivate the override.

I dont have that file in overrides. I have some overrides, but not using it with that product.

I don't see another reason.
Please try switching temporarily to the default template of Joomla and see if you have the same issue with it. If not (and I think you won't), then it must be with a view override in your template or something.

My template is just a fork from cassiopea. If I switch to original cassiopea, same problem.
No overrides in show_block_img.

Hi,

Then I'm stumped.
I tried adding the same youtube video as you on your URL on my local test website, and the video properly showed up on the frontend product page.
Since I'm not able to reproduce the problem locally, I can only assume there is something wrong on your website. If it's not a view override, it must be something else.
Could you provide a backend access and a FTP access via our contact form so that we can look into it ?
