disable access to product when category disable

hi.
when we disable category in hikashop , the products which in the category can purchase. how can i disable the product under the category without use mass action?
in the joomla by default when you disable an article category, the articles in that can not accessable and return 404. I need similar that in the hikashop process, but now i test in the hikashop demo and disable all category but user can add product to cart.
(Note: I implement system integrated with hikashop and need do similar this.)
