shipping method is not changing automatically.

-- HikaShop version -- : HikaShop Starter: 2.3.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.34
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : mozilla

Hi,

The problem is that when changing the shipping address, the shipping method is not changing automatically without the page refresh.
Shipping method changes after page refresh.
So, could anyone please suggest that how can I get this issue resolve.

Hello,
you should probably set the "Auto submit shipping and payment methods selection" to YES via "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout".

We have a similar problem.
If user is already logged in and changes his address to an address in another zone, the relevant shipping option will not show. Shipping methods is on automatically select.
I think this is a bug in Hika.

What is your HikaShop version number ?
Can you please provide some details about your configuration and your website ?

Your message/problem is not fully linked to this current thread ; it could be better to create a new one, specially if you think that there is a bug in HikaShop ; so you can provide us details to reproduce it.

Sorry for the delay, I was some time offline.
We use Joomla! 2.5.8 Stable and HikaShop Starter 2.3.4.
I thought the problem might be related to this one.

Can you show us how did you configured through some screenshots how you configured :
- Your checkout workflow, via "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout"
- Your shipping methods, via "Hikashop->System->Shipping methods->YourShippingMethod"
