Is it possible to make the customer enter both a shipping address and an address + day and time for the company to pick up all the dishes? Just like in the picture below.

To do what you want the solution will just be to create order custom fields via "Hikashop->Display->Custom fields".
Also, note that the best field type for your "dato for begivenhed" field will be the "Advanced date picker".
