-- PHP version -- : 5.5.0
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : 4282 Maryland

Unable to select country or state in Fed Ex plugin for shipping.

Hi,

It's working fine on our end so I suppose that it comes from an incompatibility with some other extension displayed on your website backend preventing the popup system to work properly.
Try to install this plugin and see if that helps:

This plugin has a patch to use the new zone selection system of HikaShop without popups. It should hopefully circumvent the problem.
