No shipping method found with UPS plugin

-- HikaShop version -- : 3.2.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.8.3
-- PHP version -- : 7
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in .../xxxxxxx.com/plugins/hikashopshipping/ups/ups.php on line 511

Hi,

All other shipping methods are working fine, but the UPS shipping plugin give "No shipping method found".

There is also a error on the page:
Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in .../xxxxxxx.com/plugins/hikashopshipping/ups/ups.php on line 511

This site is still in development, but I can remember it worked before the update to 3.0. But that is more an assumption

We actually can't read what's in your screenshots, can you send us new screenshots in which we can correctly check :
- Your shipping method configuration page
- How you configured your product used when testing your shipping plugin
- The shipping address used during your test.

As you can see in screenshot 5 there is also a Message about the missing Width, Lengt and Height.
Can that be related to the UPS shipping plugin? Because I never saw this before in my other shops.

Hi Lumiga,

Your issue can be coming from the way you have set the "State/Province code" option of your UPS shipping method configuration page.
Setting that option to "ZH" instead of "Zuid-Holland" will probably be better.

Hello Lumiga,

That's weird, I just tested it on my end with the same configuration and it worked fine can you test it with your product dimension in "cm" and show us how you configured the "Dimension symbols" option via "Hikashop->System->Configuration->advanced".

In that case I see less errors. See printscrreen.
But when I add a product to the cart the pop-up doesn't show up.
Also I have to refresh the page by myself to see what's in my cart.

Hope you know how to fix this.

Hello Lumiga,

In that case I see less errors. See printscrreen.

If you're now only having "notice" and no warning messages that's better, note that it won't affect your shop.
Note that when your shop is in production mode you should :
- Disable the Joomla debug mode ("Administration->Global configuration->System->Debug System/Language")
- Set the "error reporting" option of the Joomla configuration to "none"

I tried all the different values but it doesn't give any pop-up from the Hikashop Add to Cart notification Plugin.

Just for sure, i'm talking about this popup.

Your issue is probably coming from your template, can you test it with one of Joomla default templates ?

I have test with the tempalte Protostar, but also there is no pop-up.
So I think it's not comming from my template.
