Hi,
i'm aware about the "no support" except technical question for EnvoiMoinsCher plugin.
My question is simple, i search about SoColissimo support and i know this plugin support it, but in the plugin i can't see SoColissimo :


Perhaps the name is different in this plugin ?

Hello,

The "no support" on EnvoiMoinsCher / Boxtal is because the Shipping customer support was ineffective and redirect the users to our support for issues related to their own platform (account not activated and so on).
But otherwise, if you have an active account and entered the right credentials ; the plugin was working and gave shipping rates.

Hi,

It's normal. Isn't it a naming issue ? Like for example "la poste" being used for colissimo ?
Note that we're actually working on a shipping plugin specifically for socolissimo at the moment. However, we tried to get a test account from them to be able to test the plugin but we didn't get anything back from them. If you have a socolissimo account we would be happy to be able to use it for our tests so that we can finish the plugin.
