Error message when i specify the correct country: Colissimo

Hello,
so i just bought this Colissimo plugin and having some problem to configure it, here is the configuration made :

But on front we have the following problem, when we choose a french delivery adress it says no shipping method available :

Hello,

The Colissimo plugin already have an internal filter for the country ; so the zone restriction you set-up is not necessary.
It checks that the shipping address country code is right "FR" (it also check the currency to have the EUR one).
The plugin also check the cart total weight ; which mean that your products need to have a weight.
It also check that "SoapClient" is available in your website ; since it is a requirement to call the Colissimo web services.
Afterwards, we would ask you to check that the plugin is right published (because the instance is published but the plugin might not be) and we could need an access to see the issue directly.

I have the plugin installed in a test website and I cannot reproduce the issue ; since it's a new plugin, we do not have yet knowledge of "common issues" about it.

Hello Jérôme,
ok, so if i specify a weight to the product and so the system seems to work but i have some problem to choose the delivery point :
when i clic to the list :
- it shows the list of available delivery point and if i select one than click to submit it reset it and use "my adress".
- what if the guy doesn't want a delivery point around it's post code and if he wants to have another delivery point ?

Hello,

I cannot reproduce your relay point selection issue. When I click on "submit", it right store the relay point into the cart data.
Please be sure that you have a recent "version number" for HikaShop 4.0 ; it might contains some fixes regarding the shipping checkout data..

Regarding credentials, please never use PM as explained in my forum signature.

i was able to fix the problem but we experiment some problem :

Each time we choose a french adress we obtain the error message as there is no shipping method available.

I think i understand, the problem is : i don't have any Weight on my product, if i specify a weight it works.
It doesn't change anything if i choose per item or pack into boxes, we would like to have a fixed price (4,80€) by sale.

Hello,

Yes the nature of the Colissimo plugin is to provide a quote to ship products. And a product without a weight is a virtual product within HikaShop.
So the weight is a mandatory field if you want to use an advanced shipping method.
Now the Colissimo plugin can work without the need of dimensions ; but you can also use the "pack into boxes" mode, these dimensions would be required to provide an accurate result.

Please note that we introduced some patch in HikaShop 4.0.1 and the colissimo plugin in order to improve the support of shipping cache.
We highly recommend to update the plugin and HikaShop to the latest version (you can re-download the plugin via your order detail).

Updated the hikashop and plugin.
But it doesn't change anything.
Is there a way to use collisimo without any dimension or weight : fixed price and nothing else ?

Hello,

There is no way to use Colissimo without weight. It is a requirement.
Afterwards, you can just fill one line for the prices and configure a small weight for all your shippable products.
