Error Collisimo Invalid Data

Hi,
on our installation we configured colissimo plugin to work with France and DOM TOM
The configuration is made with the country "Fance" first plugin and "Martinique" second plugin :

When a customer lining in Martinique try to buy a product this is what we have :
- first the system shows two shipping Method : France and Martinique, so first of all how can i have two different prices as Martinique is in France but the cost for DOM TOM is different ?
- second when we arrive to the finalization of the sale we obtain the error Colissimo Invalid Data

Hello,

First I will recommend you to configure your zones so you will have a "France" zone without the Doms.
It will avoid to display shipping methods for "France" when the customer is in the Dom (and that the DOM is consider in the HikaShop France zone).

Afterwards regarding Colissimo, the plugin will generate an "invalid data" if there is no selected pickup point.
So if the API gave you an error or if the zone is not supported by the platform/your account ; you will have such kind of error.
We made few modifications in the plugin lately and I think that we will release a new version, which will include more trace regarding API errors.

Hello,
okay created shipping zone excluding DOM TOM and integrated only France.
Now the system shows the correct shipping method.
I created a weight method for dom tom as it seems your plugin (or api ?) doesn't support dom tom.
Perhaps in a next version ? Thanks !

sorry for late answer.
I really don't understand how this damned plugin of colissimo Works.
I try to buy a product and have two adress : one in France and one in Belgium.
When i select France : error :" Pas de livraison possible à cette adresse", when i select Belgium : no worry.

I tried to configure Colissimo in many ways :
- created a separated zone for DOM TOM and France as we had problem there too
- created two instances for colisimo for France, one for free shiping with minimum price of 48.99€ and a second one paying one for less than 48.99.

Hello,

You're using a zone restriction but you selected "France" there ; I'm afraid that it is not what I was asking you to do.
You said that you created shipping zones, and I asked you to clarify ; it means that I'm waiting for details regarding the zone you have configured and how you did it.

I suppose that, if you remove the restrictions in the plugin configuration, thus you see Colissimo again, right ?
If so, it means that your zone restrictions are not as they should be and that you need to provide the details I was asking you two weeks ago.
