-- HikaShop version -- : 4.5
-- Joomla version -- : 4.1.0
-- PHP version -- : 8.0.17
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, null given

All other plugins have no issue, however, when we add a new UPS shipping method (System > Shipping methods > New > Hikashop UPS Shipping method) we get the attached error and the entire page in admin is broken. Please see attached.

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback. That's a bug resulting from changes with PHP 8 which happens when you create a UPS shipping method (it works when you edit it).
I've added a patch for it.
Download again the install package of HikaShop on our website and install it on yours and you'll get the patch.

We have installed the updated package. Although the error does clear now the plugin won't save. Instead, as soon as all of the information is added and you hit Save or Save & Close, it throws a 403 error.

Hi,

I'm not able to reproduce the problem on my end with UPS and HikaShop 4.5.1 on Joomla 4.1 and PHP 8.
So maybe there is something else at play.
Could you provide more information on that 403 error ? Does the error message says anything ?
What if you activate the "debug system" setting of the Joomla configuration and try again ? Do you get an error message with more information you could share ?

We tried enabling the Joomla debug but its not getting any logs, also tried increasing the post max_vars but the error is still there. Removed several lines in htaccess except for SEF but still having issues. But all the other shipping plugins are saving fine when we tried them. Attached is a screen shot of the settings and the error.
We are supposed to launch soon and this is really holding us up, any way that you could access the website and take a look?

This issue has been cleared. There was a firewall setting on the server blocking the request.
