Is it possible to set up that certain products can only be ordered with one type of delivery, while other products can be ordered with another type of delivery? This would be important because different products can only be delivered using different delivery methods. For example, I cannot send perishable food by slow post, only by fast delivery. At the same time, there are products that are not worth shipping quickly and expensively.

Hello,

You can use the HikaShop Warehouse system to virtually separate your products, on a side for fast delivery and on the other side slow delivery.
Create you 2 Warehouses and associate your relative products with its.
AND in your different shipping method settings, use restriction part in order to restrict for to define with which warehouse the shipping method will be able to work.

Later, while checkout process only relative shipping method will be displayed (or not) from products present in the cart.
