TaxCloud Not Notified When order confirmed

My client has sent the following problem description

"The problem is that when the order is placed and hikashop changes the order status to confirmed it does not notify taxcloud that an order has been confirmed. "

It sounds like this is preventing Tax Cloud from accurately tracking charged tax. Is there something I may be missing in the settings that would cause this to happen?

There must indeed be a problem with the settings of the shop.
Which payment method are you using and could you provide a screenshot of the "order" section of the HikaShop configuration ?

Payment is handled through paypal pro plugin, order configuration is pictured below.

Do you have any ideas on this?
