Multiple Taxes for One Product

Hi,

I don't think this is possible, but wanted to check. I know there can be multiple tax rates and each rate can be applied to a specific product, but is the following possible…

If I provide service in three different counties and each county has a different tax rates, is it possible to have one single product for all three counties and then add the appropriate tax rate to that same product simply based on the user's locale? I'm thinking the only way to do this would be to create three different products and apply the specific tax rate to each and I don't like having to go that route.

Please advise.

Hello John,

Sure, you'll just have to :
- Set a defined tax category through your product configuration page

- Go to the page "Hikashop->System->Taxes"
- Create as many tax rules with the same tax category as you need but with different restriction options (like "zones"/"tax rates"...)
