Any plans to develop a plugin for the Authorize.net CIM API so customers can opt to store their credit card info?

Hi,

We don't have such plans in the short term as we are working on other things.
If that's something you need soon, I would recommend to contact our partners for a quote on such payment plugin development:

Have you all revisited this? Are there plans to integrate. I have some clients that would find it very valuable.

Hi,

With HikaSubscriptions (that we released a few months ago to support subscription-type products), we want to develop a payment plugin for recurring payments for Authorize.net and it will necessitate the integration with CIM. So we want to look at it yes.
However, we didn't start anything yet.

That sounds really awesome. We have a developer on our team. Would you be interested in collaborating on developing that plugin? Let me know here or email me.

Hello,

Thanks for your proposal.

More than the creation of a plugin to interface with Authorize CIM ; we have to perform some modifications in the HikaShop core (and in the HikaSubscription core) in order to support that special kind of plugin where the customer card can be store and HikaShop (or HikaSubscription) can bill automatically for recurring.
That structure would also be ported in other payment plugin with the same feature than CIM.
I can't tell right now if I will use Authorize to create that implementation or another plugin, like "Stripe connect" which is under development and almost ready (and it also have that feature which is not used for the moment).

Hello,

As explained in my previous message ; the implementation of a CIM system is complicated and since it's a pretty big project and that we have other development in progress ; it won't be in a short delay.
Now if you really need that feature, you can see to contact some of the HikaShop partners to speed up the implementation via a custom development.
