Shop Custom Width Length plugin

This plugin lets you price a product by its surface: the customer enters a length and a width, and HikaShop multiplies the unit price by length times width, both in the cart and on the order. It is ideal for products sold by the square metre, such as fabric, panels, flooring or glass.

• Multiplies the product price by the length and the width entered by the customer.
• Works in the cart and is kept consistent on the final order.
• Accepts decimal values typed with either a comma or a dot as the decimal separator (for example 2,5 or 2.5).
• No configuration: it activates as soon as a product has the length and width custom fields filled in.

• 1) Download the Custom Width Length plugin from our website.
• 2) Install it on your Joomla website via the extension manager (Extensions > Manage > Install).
• 3) Enable the plugin in Extensions > Plugins (search for "Custom Width Length").
• 4) In HikaShop, go to Display > Custom fields and create two product fields with the column names set to exactly "length" and "width". Any other column name is ignored by the plugin.
• 5) Edit your products and fill in the length and width fields as needed.
