This plugin adds Econt Express delivery to your HikaShop store for shops delivering in Bulgaria. Your customers choose where they want their parcel directly on the checkout: an Econt office, an Econtomat locker, or their own address. Store owners can create the shipment, download the waybill, track the parcel and cancel the shipment directly from the backend order page.

Create one shipping method instance per delivery mode you want to offer. Each instance has its own name, price and restrictions.

• To an Econt office: the customer picks the office where the parcel will wait for them, on a map, at the checkout.
• To an Econtomat locker: same picker, restricted to the automated parcel lockers of the network.
• To the customer address: classic home delivery, displayed as a regular shipping option with no extra step at the checkout.

• Interactive map at the checkout, with a marker for each office. Clicking a marker selects the office.
• The offices nearest to the delivery address of the customer are proposed first.
• Address, phone number and opening hours displayed for each office.
• Search by city or postcode to pick an office in another area.
• The number of offices proposed is configurable.
• The selected office is kept with the order and displayed on the backend order page, on the order page of the customer and in the order emails, in place of the delivery address, so you always know where the parcel has to go.

• Your own price: the price you set on the shipping method, like any other HikaShop shipping method.
• Calculated by Econt: a real quote asked to Econt for that parcel, that delivery address and that office, including the cash on delivery fee when there is one.
• The delivery date estimated by Econt is displayed to the customer with the price.
• The weight of the cart and the currency of the order are sent to Econt, so the quote describes the parcel that will really be shipped.

• Declare which of your payment methods are cash on delivery, and the amount to collect is added to the shipment automatically.
• The courier collects the full order total, and the cash on delivery fee is part of the price quoted at the checkout.

• Bulgarian addresses can be checked against the Econt address database when the customer saves them.
• Three modes: no check, warn the customer, or refuse the address, with the reason returned by Econt displayed to the customer.

• Create the Econt shipment from the backend order page in one click, with the waybill number stored on the order.
• Download the waybill as a PDF from the order page.
• Refresh the tracking to get the current status of the parcel and its list of tracking events.
• Cancel a shipment that has not been collected yet.
• Shipment panel on the backend order page with the waybill number, the shipment price, the status, the tracking events and the action buttons.

• Connects to Econt with your own e-Econt account, no third party service in between.
• Supports the Econt demo environment, so you can try the whole flow without creating real shipments, and switch to production when you are ready.
• The office and city lists are cached for a week, so the checkout stays fast.
• The errors returned by Econt are flattened into a readable message instead of a raw payload.
• Available in English and Bulgarian.

• 1) Create your e-Econt account on the Econt website, or a demo account on the Econt demo registration page for your tests.
• 2) Download the Econt plugin from our website.
• 3) Install it on your Joomla or WordPress website.
• 4) Go to HikaShop > Shipping methods and create one or more Econt shipping methods, one per delivery mode.
• 5) Enter your e-Econt username and password and fill in the sender information.
• 6) Set the environment to Demo for your tests, then to Production when you go live.

• e-Econt username and e-Econt password: the credentials of your Econt account.
• Environment: Demo for testing, Production for live shipments.
• Delivery mode: to an Econt office, to an Econtomat locker, or to the customer address.
• Max offices listed: how many offices are proposed on the map and in the list.
• Check Bulgarian addresses with Econt: no, warn the customer, or refuse the address.

• Cash on delivery payment methods: the list of your payment methods for which the courier has to collect the money.
• Sender name, sender contact person, sender phone, sender city, sender post code and sender street: where the parcels leave from. Econt requires a contact person when the sender is a company.

Econt Express is the largest courier network in Bulgaria, with several hundred offices and Econtomat lockers across the country. This plugin covers deliveries in Bulgaria.
