Now, if you are using HikaShop Business, you can use "item" custom fields.
So for the ticket products, you can display a text input as an item custom field. In that field, the customer would be able to enter the name of the person who will use the ticket.
And in the plugin "attach serial" you can display item custom fields like you can display order custom field, product fields, etc.
Can this custom field item be attach to any table name available ? which is the prefer one ?
durring using attach serial ( what a silly /funny name for create an image /ticket available in mail webpage !!Does it mean serial is required mandatory field ?  ); which item let me acces to this custom field ?

 about hikaserial , the options values choice are define but not the behaviour of thoses values  !! ...even label can help understand the vlaue choice sometime it don't help me a lot to choose the right one !!
3) about status i see that some e commerce use differents word /term ? Can i have more information about hoses use by hikashop ?
I think there must be a status page in the documentation that explain howto go t oone status to another status ( manually /auto)  ?
