import / export product don't manage package ( of serial)

Hi
I try export product wit and without attach one serial to see which new field or value change and find nothing .
So hikashop don't support export and import pack identifier !!
Perhaps i miss something but i don't think so .
Hikashop team could give me the field and value to add in csv to be able to import product link to package ?

if hikashop has an export button it is because ther is an import button somewhere ?

My post is more about what contain the csv file from a product with or whitout serial option setting
when I compare the 2 *.csv files: values and fields are the same and i see no differences beetween the two files so i don't test import .
I should expect to see value pack1 and number 1 and ID 1 in the csv exported file ? but nothing !!!

For export i go to the component -> hikashop -> product-> export



for import i go to Product -> import

1) You write hikaserial can be imported using serial but since i can't import product with serial ....., could you confirm i can import useing serial import keys with product information ?

2)My question is how we must do to attach 500 differents products ( no variant) with serials items that are come from the same package ?

here the step to import and export serial .
Use in hikashop menu the Hikaserial menu item and then click on Serial ll give you acces to export

the button choice is for the value field content not the name of the cell Field !!

All vailable Fields that are in the file are
