how to send email from product has expired

Please provide the HIkaShop version and version number, the HikaSerial version (subscription ?) and version number.

There is no "product expire", but only "subscription expiration".
The integration plugins are just there to perform specific actions when a subscription expire ; such as adding the user into an Acymailing list.
If you want to send a notification when the subscription just expires, you have to use the email settings in HikaSubscription to send an emailon day "0". HikaSubscription will send itself the email and not Acymailing.
The idea is to send reminder before the subscription expires, but it is also possible to send notification few days after or, the day of the expiration.
Afterwards with auto-newsletters and the rest, maybe you can use the Acyamiling feature to send automatically an email when the user is added into a list. But you have to ask the Acymailing support for more details.
