Hi,

We have a query on subscription expiration due notice cron setup.
We set the "Minimum delay between two cron tasks" as 1 minute, and the "frequency" value is in 15 minutes. We set the days before as "1 day" for subscription due emails.
But we are unsure about the difference between Minimum delay between two cron tasks & frequency values. Can you please share in detail?
Also, sometimes we receive expiration notice email as expected and sometimes not. Though we change the "subscription end date" manually, emails are not received.

Thanks,

Hello,

Even if you modify the configuration for the HIkaShop cron frequency, the task for HikaSerial has its own frequency that you can configure in the HikaSerial configuration panel.
By default the email generation is made every 10 hours. and the processing (sending) is made every 15 minutes.

If you want to force the generation (and processing), you need to modify the values for the "last time" (cron_last_queue / cron_last_emails) in the HikaSerial config database table (that you can access via phpmyadmin).
By reseting these entries to "0", it will mark them as not processed and the next cron will trigger them.
