want some extra data in email to vendor

Hello,

We would like to show the transaction costs and the fee the vendor payd in the order email. See screenshot, So that the overview for the vendor is transparent in calculation of what he is getting paid.

Hello,

I'm sorry but I don't understand your request.
The email to the vendor already include the "vendor total", which is the price that the vendor will earn.

Regarding the payment fee, you can override the HikaMarket emails like the HikaShop email ; you will find them in the same interface in your backend (HikaShop > System > Email).
The HikaMarket "order status notification" mail is based on the HIkaShop one ; it adds some content regarding the vendor fee and handle the vendor ACL to decide if it display the customer address, etc.

You can override the preload part of the email to add new lines in your "cart footer", and introduce the payment fee, or other values.

I am trying to figure out how the hikamarket e mail for vendor works but without succes sofar,
When i look in the preview, i see the transaction costs??
and is different then the e mail i get in my inbox..

Another issue:

we are missing here the payement fee. Because now the payment fee is calculated twice. Customer pays 33,75 with transaction fee> e.g. see screenshots..
Is this a setting ? or how is this calculated, please help.

Hello,

I'm sorry but I don't know how you perform your calculation (nor how you have configured your store)
But what is displayed by HikaShop & HikaMarket are making sense.

Subtotal : The price of the products in the cart. ( 31.50 )
Shipping Fee : The fee of your shipping method ( 2 )
Payment Fee : The fee of your payment method ( 0 )
Total : Total of products + shipping + payment ( 31.50 + 2 = 33.50 )

Vendor Total : The price that the vendor earn ; or the price that the vendor should give you back.. ( -2.77 ) ( 33.50 - 2.77 = 30.73 )

Now you have a negative vendor total, which indicate that you're using the market mode "vendor paid directly" ; which is for what I can see, might not be the good solution.
It means that the vendor will be paid directly (manually) by the customer and that the vendor will have to pay you back your commission ( 2.77 in that case ).
If you set-up the market mode, it is an error.
If you set-up the payment method with the vendor credentials, then the result is correct (because the payment really went to the vendor account and you need to receive your fee).

For the "0.25" ; I'm afraid that without the configuration of your fees. I can't agree or deny anything. I just don't have the information to understand the situation.
The difference in the number you shown is "0.25" ; thus there is no "calculated twice", otherwise it would be "0.50" !

I will try to explain again,
1. I made a order as customer.


2. Mail with calculation to vendor:


Maybe it is a setting what we have set wrong, but as shown in the screenshots, the order the customer gets is oke with delivery and transactioncosts all on it.
In the email for the vendor as explained in the screenshot, the transactioncosts are substracted again from his total..

Please help,
