Configurator & product compare

Are there any plans for a product configurator... Let us say a shopper wants to configure a custom computer, this funktion could be nice...
How about product comparison? is this part of the plan?

Concerning a product configurator, we're currently working on an "options" feature which will allow you to handle options of products like when you buy your computer and can choose the parts on the product page.

No plans in the short term for a comparison tool but why not later on.
