creation of an account without the password field

I am lost on this case, I give the possibility to create an account without going through the basket.
I have menu link A (Hykashop registration form)
On the page there is no field for the password !? Suddenly not possible to register via this menu.
If we go through the basket it works ..
The problem is the same if I use a Joomla record menu link
the "HikaShop user synchronization plugin" plugin is activated with the option set to yes
The plugin "Redirect Joomla registration to HikaShop plugin" is activated with the menu ID A

A lead to indicate to me? it would be really useful to me
