Email notification to multiple receipents

Hi

We have recently purchased Hikashop Market Multi Vendor and developed a portal Business edition.

System is able to send email notifications to the customer, Admin and Vendors for all the defined order status, but we have one more requirement where email should go to one more person defined under vendor account so that both vendor and the another person should receive email notifications for order status.

I have created one user under a vendor but email is not going to that user. Can you please help?

Hello,

There is an HikaMarket ACL for that : order/notify.
If a vendor user do have that ACL (and also the vendor entity, to authorize the feature), that user will also receive the vendor email notification.

Yes. But not the user created under that vendor as shown in the 2nd screenshot earlier. Both are added(vendor and its sub user) in the same group also.

Hello,

I made a test and I also checked the code.
There is one case which could explain the issue ; is that you're using the "Allow multiple vendor for users" setting which change how the hikamarket ACL are stored for the vendors' users.
I'm currently working on a patch but since it won't be just two lines of code to change, I won't be able to paste the patch here but it will be include in the next release.

Hello,

If you do not require the "multiple vendor for users", you can avoid the issue by disabling the setting.
Otherwise, we can see to upload a patched version in your website which will include the fix.
