categories not matching

Hi Hika Shop.
How do I get the categories on this page shopredlodge.com/preview/index.php/artwork-and-books match the look on this page shopredlodge.com/preview/index.php/t-shirts-and-hoodies . I have the settings in the shop set to 3 columns and a white background but it doesn't seem to be running thru the entire site.

Hi,

The options in the display tab of the config are only for NEW menus and modules.
For existing menus and modules, you need to go in the menus Display->Content menus/modules and edit their own options.
In your case, you need to go in the menu Display->Content menus and edit the menu artwork-and-books.
