It seems I have come to an impass with my installation

For whatever reason, I cannot seem to get the order form to ask for shipping address or give me shipping options even though I've specified the options in shipping methods. What should I do?

A link to my store is at peicemeal.endofinternet.net/index.php?op...ut=listing&Itemid=60

If someone would like to contribute by testing out the order form I have created a coupon code "hikashop" that will remove all charges for testing purposes.
Someone please help?

Hi,

What do you have in the option "checkout workflow" on the main tab of the configuration page of hikashop ? Do you have the "shipping" string in it as by default ?

Did you put a weight to your products ?
If your products do not have a weight they will be considered as "virtual" like applications, documents, etc and the system will hide the shipping area as it's not needed.

I did not try that. I didn't think it would matter. I'll give that a try. I'll post back in a moment with an answer.

Fantastic. That fixed my problem. Now if I could figure out how to sell downloadable files I'd be doing great.

You just need to add your files to the products. They will be downloadable by the user on his order page once his order is confirmed.

I'll give that a try. I'm very impressed by this module. I can tell it's a rather new piece of software. I look forward to dealing more with you all in the future.

One more question. How can I change the max upload filesize for the files to be put on the products?

HikaShop just displays you your PHP max upload size. If you want to increase it, you should ask your hosting company.
