Customizing the voting system

Hi,

Just wanna say that your system is truly a brilliant ecommerce system and I've already purchased the Business edition because all the limitless possibilities I see.

Regarding the new voting system, I would like to know if it's possible to customize a few things:

1) The "helpful/not helpful" symbol is currently represented by a +/- sign. Will it possible to replace it with images of "thumbs up/thumbs down" sign? (Kindly refer to sample-01.png.)

2) In a review, is it possible to customize to have the following:
a) Date of review
b) A link to user profile that also can see other reviews posted by the same user
c) A title for the review
Basically, it's what you can find in the Joomla Extension Directory user reviews. (I've attached sample-02.png for it.)

3) In the current "helpful/not helpful" system, one + adds to the number, one - minus the number. Is there any possibilities to customize it to have the following format:
a) "2 of 5 people find this review helpful" (refer to sample-03a.png)
b) 2 thumbs up, 3 thumbs down (refer to sample-03b.png)

4) Is it possible to sort the comments/reviews according to "Most Helpful Comment" or "Latest"? (Refer to sample-04.png)

All these I believe can make the voting system in Hikashop more powerful. Do let me know if it's possible to customize it to show the features with the current version or do we have to wait for future release to have these implemented?

Sure, it'll be great to be able to add those customization features into the next version.

However, there might be immediate customizations that I might need done due to the website needs to launch sometime this month or next month.

In regards to my early post, refer to item 2(a), 2(c) and item 3:

1. What file do I have to customize in order to show the "date of comment" and also to input a "title of review"?
2. Is there any file to customize in order to achieve either item 3(a) or 3(b)?

3. Also, an additional enquiry not found in the earlier post: Is there any pagination options to the comments? Right now it's like "All Comments in one page" or can it be done like "15 comments per page" or "20 comments per page" then you'll have to navigate "next" to view more comments?

Also, I would to request and see if you're able to add these two features into your next version. I feel that it would solidify the review system on Hikashop as I felt that nowadays many online customers make buying decisions based on credibility of other customer reviews:

1. Have a individual star count for each star. (Refer to sample-05.png) (Got this from Amazon.com) It helps buyers to see a better picture of how many people vote how many stars instead of the usual average rating.

2. Have a "Verified Purchaser" logo for reviewers who truly bought the item from the online shop. This will help to create more credibility of the reviewer rather some random reviewers. I understand for item 2, Hikashop already has a feature where you enable only buyers can comment. But if you're able to show the "Verified buyer" logo at the comment, it would truly create a better credibility on the frontend view.

If you're able to implement these few requests in future releases, it would be great. Hope you can consider them.
