Costum fields - Order

Hallo all.

I need 3 Costum fields in my Order process.

Is it possible to show different Costum fields an different steps in the order process?

It shows all three fiels at the same time.

But i need to show one field an the beginning and two fiels at the end of order process.

How can i do that?
