Missing quantity field in cart

Hi,

I am missing the quantity field in the cart.
Where can I correct this?

There's also no up/down arrow to adjust the quantity of a product in the cart.

Please help.

In the options of the cart module, you can turn on the quantity display (it's on by default...).
In order to save space there is indeed no + and - in the cart.
