How to Assign a free shipping to the customer who bought products with more than 200 $
??

i created some shipment for different zones, but i want to create special free one for these customers.... ????

Simply create a new manual shipping method with a minimum price of 200 and a price of 0 and then edit all your other shipping methods and set a maximum price of 199.99.
