is there any method to send at cart page GET or POST variables for add product ?

Hi,

Yes

index.php?option=com_hikashop&ctrl=product&task=updatecart&quantity=1&checkout=1&product_id=1
You can change the product_id and the quantity values.
The checkout=1 is the option to redirect the user to the checkout just after the operation.

ok , but is it possible to redirect user at same page and not at checkout page ?
i try to change checkout=0 but it's not work .... i try to remove checkout variable too , but it's not work ....

I think that you'l probably find some information through this thread :

Yes, that option cannot work if you use a direct HTML link.

If you want to stay and display a popup while still using an HMTL link, you will have to have you HTML link more complex:
