Help, my url is display module path and module description as heading.
I am sure this solution exist but i looked around but found nothing close to help. I have also read this document -

How can i display decent url and decent page heading... We went online yesterday and it is important i correct this items as soon as possible.
The marked items must go from the url and title page...
