commission from the final price

I am writing to inquire if there is a way for us to receive a commission from the final price of an auction won by a bidder.

For example, if a bidder wins a listing for 1000 euro, is it possible for our website (us) to get a commission, for example a 3% on the 1000€?

Please let me know if this is an option or is it something which need to be asked for development. Thank you

We have another question regarding the bidding process please: is there a way to oblige bidders to connect their credit or debit card through a payment system BEFORE they place a bid?

For example, if someone wants to place a bid for €500, is it possible to implement a mechanism that would temporarily block that amount, ensuring that when the auction is finished, we are 100% certain the bidder has the necessary funds?
