Displaying custom field in checkout

Our customer has asked for a 'company name' field for businesses which checkout through their site which we have added ok, however it seems as though this doesn't show on the billing address (attached) .

Also will this show up in the emails? If not how do i add this custom field to the emails and to the billing address info box?

Actually i just noticed you have a company field which is unpublished by default! This is all i needed.
