Trouble with checkout page and registration

So I bought hikashop buissness and it installed great mainly so I could remove the registration from checkout. But I choose the option "no registration" in checkout when I try to purchase something it asks me for email, title, adress etc which is good but it also states in big letters

Login or create a new account
Registration

does that mean the login and/or registration is still there or do I have to remove the text manually?
I also kinda wonder what the email is to mail the hika team for personal help (not the email form below contact us)

If you want a checkout with address but without registration/login you will have to have both "login" and "address" views in the checkout workflow.
Then, in the Checkout tab of the configuration, you can change the option "registration" to "no registration" in order to remove the creation of a user account. Also, you can turn off the "login" option there to remove the login area of the checkout.
That way, you will still have the address form but no user account would be created.

I have login and adress in the advanced workflow, and I did turn login to NO and chose no registration yet it happens :/

My bad I just misunderstood your question, regarding the "Login or create a new account", "Registration" messages, you'll just have to edit your language file through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Language->'Your language file'" and change this line :
