popup when product is added to cart

I have set a popup to display when the Add to Cart Button is hit. The popup comes up and then fills the page. You can't close it with the X in the upper left corner. The continue shopping button does nothing and the proceed to checkout works as it is supposed to.

Hi,

Have you edited the view "checkout / notice" ?
If it is, I think that there is something wrong in that view, that's why it's not working fine.
